Celebrate the End of the Year and get ready for the New Year by activating your inner fire and aligning your subtle body through the transformative yoga practice of Mandala Namaskar.
You will be mindfully guided through various yoga sequences to balance and liberate your Pranic/Energy Body. This two-hour practice blends circular sequencing, chakra-based movement meditation, with room for journaling and intuition developing- bring something to write with!
Using the classical Chakra System as a model, learn to tend the fire of every dimension of your being to feel nourished and inspired. You will be challenged, restored, educated and inspired to finish the year as a higher version of yourself and bring this awareness into the New Year.
Through this playful and dynamic practice you will develop trust in your inner-intuition, learn how to experience the Chakra System in your own body and develop a transformative approach to your body's spiral flow. Mandala Namaskar Sequences are adaptable to your level of experience, but they are designed for yoga practitioners.
