In this 90 minutes-practice, you will be mindfully guided through various yoga sequences to balance and liberate your Pranic/Energy Body. This practice blends circular dance movements, chakra-based contemplation, and lots of room for creative movement.
Through this playful and dynamic physical practice you will develop trust in your inner-intuition, learn the Chakra System in your own body and develop a transformative approach to the body's spiral flow. The Chakra Spiral Flow sequences are adaptable to your level of experience, but they are designed for yoga practitioners, be ready to sweat.
